Bookings for Harry’s Hut, Gladestry can be for as little as one day or run for several week, and we will always be as flexible as possible when it comes to check-in and check-out timings and arrangements (usually 15:00 and 11:00 respectively). Please refer to the calendar below to check availability. Our rate for direct bookings is £100 per night.  

Please note: If you’d prefer to pay for your stay at Harry’s Hut by credit card, the most convenient way to do that is to book through our AirBnB page here. Note also that as an AirBnB guest, you benefit from “AirCover” insurance in the event of any problems arising that we as your hosts are unable to resolve.

Booking Terms and Conditions

In the event of cancellation, any deposit paid to secure a booking is forfeit and, on reservations cancelled within one week of the first day of the booked period, the balance can only be refunded if the hut is satisfactorily re-let to someone else. Cancellation insurance is therefore strongly recommended. (Please refer to the information below.)

  1. The number of people entitled to stay at Harry’s Hut, Gladestry is restricted to a maximum of four (the person named on the booking form and up to three others). No additional guests are allowed to occupy the hut at any time.
  2. A deposit of 50% of the rental is payable at the time of booking and the balance must be paid at least six weeks prior to the start of your stay at Harry’s Hut.
  3. All payments must be made in Pounds Sterling, either by cheque made payable to Amanda Ingram or by Faster Payment bank transfer (account details on request).
  4. Occupancies commence at 15:00 on the day of arrival and terminate at 11:00 on the day of departure.
  5. Smoking or vaping inside Harty’s Hut, Gladestry is strictly prohibited.
  6. Any breakages must be notified to the Harry’s Hut host and paid for in full before departure.
  7. Guests must leave the hut as they found it.
